Job Description

Seeking a talented team player with great energy needed to participate in the product development process of footwear. This role supports design and merchandising management in the product development process, including helping build line and merchandising of multiple brands RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and merchandise accessories (seasonal footwear, casual shoes, athletics, fashion) * Product Development projects as assigned. * Prepare development packages, participate in communication, and follow up * Communicate design and construction changes to overseas vendors * Staying up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors * Communicating productively with management and clients to keep them up to date with project milestones REQUIRED SKILLS: * Self-starter and highly motivated. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational skills. Ability to self-manage * Strong communication and presentation skills * Proficient skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or CAD * Ability to design and merchandise products *Can work at least 2 full days a week (9am-6pm) *Rising juniors and seniors preferred
